Research dissemination workshop with LSBU Business School

18:00 - 19:00 | 20 February 2024 | Online

SME leaders are invited to join us in this workshop, which will disseminate survey results showing how SME leaders can recruit the skilled workforce they need to take advantage of digital innovation technologies. The project, funded by The Productivity Institute (TPI), aims to support SME leaders’ strategising and planning to optimise the synergy between technical and human capabilities in their businesses and reduce the risk when adopting digital transformation. In this session, we will first present the ‘Strategic Roadmap for SME Leaders’ showcasing a simple process that will help leaders plan the digitalisation of their operations. We will then invite participants to provide feedback, make suggestions, and raise questions on the presented Roadmap through a group feedback session and a few pool questions. Following the session, participants will receive a summary of this discussion, as well as a copy of the Roadmap and presentation.

This is a free event and no prior registration is required.
