Integrate Workshops

BIG Integrate is a new fully-funded programme of support designed to give South London SMEs the knowledge and skills to develop their supply chain management, networks, and strategies. These workshops aim to help you understand and create a bespoke supply chain value proposition, understand supply chain resilience, develop your brand proposition and pricing strategies and understand all elements of the supply chain.

Supply Chain Fundamentals and the Context for Community Wealth Building

Date: 15 June 2023 (17:00 – 19:00)
Location: Online

This session will refresh your knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, exploring operations strategically as a means of creating superior value to enhance business growth. It will also introduce the concept of Community Wealth Building (CWB) and allow you to identify opportunities for growth that emerge from the CWB strategy.

Supply Chain Readiness

Date: 22 June 2023 (17:00 – 19:00)

This session will explore the meaning of supply chain readiness from the buyer perspective, considering the risks and advantages of efficient supply chain management as the business grows and evolves. Through successful CWB case studies, you will learn more about what procurement teams need to see before they can act, and how they can mitigate risks when doing so.

The Customer-Responsive Supply Chain

This workshop will explore and identify market opportunities pertinent to your business. You will acquire a solid understanding of how best to evaluate opportunities for growth, and the role of social value when pricing services in a competitive market, including CWB.

Fit to Bid: A Tender/Bid Writing Session

Date: 6 July 2023 (17:00 – 19:00)

This session will offer you the chance to view first-hand examples of bid and tender documents. You will explore the rationale behind procurement bureaucracy and consider best practices for document production, with awareness of the legal frameworks and commonly used technologies already in place. This will help you to recognise the social value of Community Wealth Building, and the requirements needed to begin the tendering process.

Growth Planning

Date: 13 July 2023 (17:00 – 19:00)
Location: Online

This session is designed to confirm any potential collaborations and summarise the signposting processes that must be completed in order to progress. You will identify a range of target opportunities, factoring in any limitations or barriers to supply that you may encounter in the process. This session will also allow you to consider how you may address these issues should they arise further down the line.

Growth Accelerator

Date: 20 July 2023 (17:00 – 19:00)
Location: Online

This workshop is the launch pad to the next phase of your business’ growth. Time will be devoted to evaluating the progress made so far, before exploring some of the alternative routes on offer and finalising objectives for take-off. You also will have the opportunity to join Crystalisr’s Community Wealth Building Programme, or a student/ academic-led supply chain management consultancy for further support.

Student Consultancies

Following the workshops, Around 30% of participants will have the opportunity to collaborate on a short project with a student from LSBU, Kingston or Roehampton supported by an academic.

Most projects will include 5 days with a student lead by an academic. Topics include, but are not limited to:

Community Wealth Building Pathway

Following the workshops Around 20% of businesses will be selected to collaborate with a Student Consultant on the Community Wealth Building Pathway, delivered by Crystalisr Cooperative. This is a hands-on approach to learning about winning real-world opportunities and includes face-to-face workshops, Student Consultancies, online pitch events and online ‘meet-the-buyer’ events.

Each participant will become a member of the Crystalisr Marketplace joining a community of practice which will assist them in continuing on their growth journey.
