BIG South London collects your personal and business information on this form to register you for this programme, as necessary for GDPR legal basis 6(1)(b) 'contract' (i.e. the agreement you enter into with us). Special Category Data (for example information about your disability and ethnicity) will be shared with Kingston University and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and used solely for reporting purposes on an anonymised basis. If you provide a response, you thereby give consent for this processing under GDPR Art 9(2)(a) Explicit Consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting [email protected], in which case this data will be deleted within 30 days. Personal data will also be created about you as part of the programme, e.g. records of attendance.
Your details will be stored within WordPress and will be shared with the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames as part of regular programme monitoring or as part of an audit, as required through the funding arrangement. Your company details will be shared with other participants of the programme, but not your personal information unless you provide consent for this. Your data will be retained for five years from the end of the programme and then deleted.
