Embedding metrics and measurements into your business processes

09:00 - 15:00 | 18 June 2025 | LSBU Croydon, Electric House, 3 Wellesley Road, Croydon, CR0 2AG

Group of people looking at a metrics presentation held by a female business leader in a meeting room

Join us for two workshops on embedding metrics in your business, learn to track data, measure impact and drive improvement!

In the first of two workshops, you will learn about embedding metrics and measurements into your day-to-day business processes, most significantly understanding your users and how effective your services are to them.

Gain valuable insights into why it is important to do so and how to track and analyse data effectively to drive informed decision-making and achieve tangible results, which could include a more tailored service to your users’ needs and the possibility of using data gathered to apply for funding.

In the second workshop, you will build upon the skills and knowledge you have learnt in workshop one to crucially apply it to your organisation. You will have a completed Theory of Change and, in the workshop, you will plan what metrics you need to embed and at what timepoints, in order to gain user insights and measure the impact of the work you do!

Don’t miss this opportunity to empower your team with the tools they need to measure success and drive continuous improvement, led by industry expert Dr. Ope Atanda, Lecturer in Psychology and Co-Lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity in Psychology, School of Applied Sciences, Division of Psychology, London South Bank University.
