The Future of Work in South London

13:00 - 14:30 | 26 March 2025 | Kingston College, Kingston Hall Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 2AQ

Future of Work in South London Event

The skills required in the modern workforce are rapidly changing. Technological advancements led by AI and digitalisation, green economy growth, remote working trends, and economic uncertainty are all at the forefront of driving this change.

That’s why we’ve created the South London Skills and Employment Charter. The Charter, which is led by the South London Skills and Employment Alliance, aims to ensure that South London businesses and employers’ voices are heard in shaping the skills needed for our current and future South London workforce.

We therefore invite representatives from South London businesses and employers, training providers, charities, local government, colleges and universities to join us to show their support and sign the charter at this event.

By better understanding your needs as an employer or training provider, we can shape skills training to make it easier for you to recruit to meet your future workforce needs.
